What is SPF?

What SPF should I use?
St Moriz offers a range of SPF products, from lotions to sprays, so you can find the perfect protection for your routine. If you’re looking for something lightweight and hydrating, our lotions are a great choice. For quick and easy application around the pool, our water-resistant sprays deliver an invisible mist for effortless protection.
What does UVA & UVB Protection mean?
UVA and UVB are two types of ultraviolet (UV) radiation from the sun that can cause skin damage. UVA rays are associated with premature skin aging, such as wrinkles and pigmentation. UVB rays primarily cause sunburn. Broad-spectrum sunscreen helps protect your skin from both.
Can you still tan while wearing sunscreen?
Absolutely! A gorgeous glow doesn’t mean you can skip the SPF. Self-tan doesn’t protect your skin from UV rays, so always apply SPF over your self-tan to keep your skin protected while maintaining a that sun-kissed look. Make sure your self-tan is fully developed and rinsed off before suncare application.
Is St. Moriz Suncare Vegan and animal cruelty free?

Do I need to wear SPF every day?
Yes, UV rays can reach your skin all year round, even when it’s cloudy. Wearing broad-spectrum SPF every day helps protect against sun damage, premature ageing and skin cancer.
Can I wear St Moriz Suncare on my face?
Yes, our Facial Sunscreens have been formulated specifically for your face. With skincare ingredients such as Niacinamide to address sun damage & Hyaluronic Acid to hydrate and plump the skin. All of our products have been Dermatologically tested to be kind to skin.
What is the St Moriz Tinted SPF?
Our Tinted Face Sunscreens come in both SPF 30 & SPF 50. It is a lightweight, non-greasy lotion that provides sheer coverage and a subtle glow. It can be worn alone or under makeup.

Our Cooling After Sun is formulated with a self-tan extender (DHA) to maintain radiant glowy skin. It also contains skincare ingredients Hyaluronic Acid, Aloe Vera and Vitamin E to soothe and hydrate skin after sun exposure.
