1. Shipping & Processing Rates

Orders are processed and dispatched from our UK warehouse facility (Hothouse Ecommerce). Delivery services are fulfilled using our trusted courier partner, Evri.

  • Standard Delivery (2–4 Business Days): £2.99 (FREE on orders over £15)

  • Next Day Delivery (1 Business Day): £3.99

  • Signed For Special Delivery (2–4 Business Days): £6.99

2. Order Tracking & Communications

Upon dispatch, tracking information and delivery notifications will be sent directly to the email address provided at checkout.

For the purposes of fulfilling your order, ST MORIZ acts as the Data Controller.
