Prep for Perfection

The secret to a longer-lasting tan starts before application. We recommend exfoliating and shaving at least 24 hours beforehand to create a smooth, even canvas.

Our Professional Pre-Tan Skin Primer is the perfect prep step. Formulated with natural exfoliating grains, it helps remove dead skin cells and smooth the skin's surface, allowing your tan to develop evenly and last longer.

Ready, Steady, Tan

Now it's time for the glow-up.

Start by moisturising dry areas such as your elbows, knees, ankles and wrists, as these areas can absorb more product. Next, give your spray a good shake and stand on an old towel to protect your floor.

Holding the bottle approximately 15-30cm away from your skin, spray lightly and evenly using continuous sweeping motions. Apply in sections, blending where needed, and don't forget to close your eyes when applying to your face.

Good to Glow

Allow your tan to dry completely before getting dressed to ensure an even finish. If your chosen product contains an instant colour guide, opt for loose, dark clothing to minimise transfer while your tan develops.

Once applied, sit back and relax while your glow develops. Avoid water, excessive sweating and applying other skincare products during this time, giving your tan the best chance to develop beautifully.

Development times vary by product, but most of our Sprays & Mists develop within 1 to 8 hours. Once you've reached your desired shade, rinse off with lukewarm water, avoiding soaps, shower gels and shampoos during your first rinse.
